Return Policy

Delivery Terms

 

  • Customers who shop at Berqat Co., Ltd. (without the minimum purhase amount) will receive a free shipping service. 
  • Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong, and overseas delivery services are not included. 
  • Delivery areas include Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, Industrial and Commercial Buildings and residential areas.  
  • If the delivery address is located in the village or outlying islands (such as Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay and MaWan), a surcharge will be charged and the price will be quoted. 
  • Customers need to provide a correct and valid recipient address and contact information so that the delivery staff can deliver it smoothly. 
  • If the delivery is not successfully delivered due to the failure to contact the recipient, the re-delivery fee will be the responsibility of the customer, or the customer can pick up the goods in person. 
  •  If the package is not delivered successfully due to the special delivery address (such as security restrictions, no lifts, construction sites or any special circumstances), the delivery may have additional costs and should be the responsibility of the customer. 
  • If the Observatory hoists a typhoon signal No. 8 or above, Red or Black rainstorm warning, the delivery service time will be delayed.  No delivery service on Sundays and Public holidays.

Change Order Policy

 

  • Customer can submit a change order before payment, we will re-process the order and will re-confirm with the customer prior to delivery. 

Exchange Policy

Customers who purchase at Berqat Co., Ltd. are entitled to a 7-day exchange guarantee, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Please contact the customer service hotline immediately after receiving the goods to request replacement, and arrange the returned goods within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, packing boxes, bags, documents and related gifts, otherwise the company has the right not to return.
  • The company will check the goods to be replaced, and the goods will not be returned in the following cases.
  • Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons

  • Negligence, loss or improper handling of goods or accessories

  • Has been arbitrarily altered or repaired

  • If the customer fails to return the goods within seven days, the company reserves the right to cancel the replacement.
  • Please note that an order can only be exchanged once.
  • The company does not have a refund service.
  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision to replace the goods.
  • The company reserves the right to change or amend all the above terms and conditions and its interpretations subject to English version.
