By engaging BERQAT MEDIA SDN. BHD. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), registering as an event vendor or crew member, or making any commercial booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation, government body, or institution, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

BERQAT MEDIA SDN. BHD. provides end-to-end event management, digital solutions, and creative production services, including but not limited to:

• Corporate Event & Conference Planning
• Stage, Audio-Visual (AV) & Lighting Setup
• Exhibitions, Pavilions & Booth Fabrication
• Mobile Roadshows & Truck Activations
• Event Management App Suite & QR Check-in
• Event Crew & Manpower Coordination
• Ticketing, Invoicing & Digital Payments
• Media Production, Gimmick Launches & Drone Fireworks

Official quotations issued by the Company remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified. A booking is formally secured only upon receipt of the signed agreement or Purchase Order (PO) alongside the agreed booking deposit.

All payments must be remitted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) directly to the official corporate bank account of BERQAT MEDIA SDN. BHD. or via approved official digital payment gateways.

All event cancellations, booking alterations, and refund requests are strictly governed by our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The client is responsible for providing timely artistic approvals, accurate event schedules, and necessary venue access permits unless explicitly contracted as part of the Company’s scope.

The client shall ensure that materials, logos, and content provided to the Company for display or broadcast do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or contravene Malaysian laws and local council regulations.

All bespoke technical drawings, stage designs, proprietary software (including OrderCentra modules and QR check-in infrastructure), and production layouts developed by BERQAT MEDIA SDN. BHD. remain the intellectual property of the Company unless specifically assigned in writing.

The Company reserves the right to capture photographic and video documentation of events for our professional portfolio and promotional channels, respecting sensitive corporate confidentialities.

To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, the Company’s total aggregate liability for any direct claims arising out of the performance or non-performance of contracted services shall not exceed the total fees actually received by the Company under the specific contract.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including acts of God, flood, storm, epidemic, war, civil commotion, power grid failures, or government-mandated lockdowns.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Malaysia.

Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these terms.
